Payment: Deposit must be paid at confirmation (50% of either early bird or full price); total amount must be paid by 7th September 2025. For other payment options, please contact Tomaso Cairoli.

All prices include hotel stay, meals and available activities. Price doesn’t include flights, airport transfer, alcohol and any additional activity that is not included in the programme.

Cancellations: full refund if cancelling participation by 22nd September 2025 (11:59pm); 75% refund if cancelling by 28th September 2025 (11:59pm); 50% refund if cancelling by 1st October 2025 (11:59pm); no refund for cancellations from 2nd October 2025 inclusive.

Retreat cancellation: should we need to cancel the event due to minimum number of participants not reached or for any other unforeseen circumstances, we will refund you all the money you paid to us. This does not include any payments made to 3rd parties, such as your flights, that you have arranged independently.

Therefore, we strongly recommend you have adequate travel insurance in place before booking this retreat.

How to get to Anghiari

The closest and most convenient airport is Perugia, from which we can arrange ad-hoc transfers to and from the hotel upon request and at a favourable rate.

You can also travel to Florence, Bologna, Rimini and Pisa. Public transports from these airports are available to get to Arezzo (the closest train station); then transfers to and from the hotel can be arranged from Arezzo upon request.
