1 to 1 sessions designed to help you with your wellbeing journey. Whether you are looking to improve your general fitness level, prepare yourself for a sports event, rehab from an injury, work on your mobility and posture, or fight the stress of a busy lifestyle, together we can build the right plan for you.

Animal Flow® Training
A combination of movements inspired from different disciplines such as martial arts, break dance, yoga and gymnastics. Animal Flow® is a bodyweight practice, suitable for all levels, that helps improve mobility, strength and coordination providing a challenging and various workout that differs from the usual training methods.
Available for 1 to 1 personal training sessions or small groups.
Body Composition Training
Strength training combined with ad hoc lifestyle and calorie management. This bespoke programme will help you to visibly reduce your body fat and improve your body composition and fitness level.
This training requires commitment to a minimum of 3 workouts per week over 3 months and your willingness to make adjustments to your lifestyle.
Corporate & Small Group Training
Training with colleagues and/or friends can sometimes be more fun, enjoyable and, ultimately, motivating. Whether you are new to fitness, you already train in group, or you are looking for a specific plan, small group programmes are also available. These too are fully tailored to your needs.

Osteopathy & Sports Massage
Osteopathy and sports massage offer a combination of various techniques such as high velocity thrusts (HVTs), soft tissue release (STR), muscle energy technique (MET), neuromuscular technique (NMT), trigger point technique and myofascial release. The goal is to speed up the body’s self-healing process, improving joint mobility, promoting recovery, breaking down adhesions and knots, encouraging a better circulation of the fluids and, therefore, promoting the body homeostasis (state of steady condition in the body).
Wellbeing & Lifestyle Guidance
Sometimes the idea that we need massive changes in our life to improve our wellbeing may hold us back. But this is not always true! It is often much better and more rewarding to commit to a small change that we can maintain for a longer period of time rather than aiming for a big lifestyle change we can only sustain for a very short while. This applies to most aspects of our lives, including exercise, diet, sleep, recovery, work, etc.
Remember: it may take up to 21 days to create a new habit!
